constant fatigue
I've been having it for weeks now along with shortness of breath had a panic attack the day before yesterday and I'm starting to feel one coming now .... All day even when I tried to sleep I wake up gasping for air and short of breath ... The Dr told me it's from anxiety but it's been over 3 weeks now .. Going to get referrals tomorrow from my Dr to go see a Pulmonologist and a sleep dr... Wish you luck how you feel better and. See you dr...
Yes...I feel fatigue dizzy and head pressure all day....sucks
Hi Katie,
Yes, in could be anxiety, but if I were you I would have your dr run a thorough Adrenal gland test on you... It could very well be that they are not functioning well... If you have a little time, Google Adrenal glands and constant fatigue... I am doing the natural route to overcome this, and even though I am in my 70's, I am slowly winning the battle... There ARE chemical drugs that Dr's may prescribe... ANYhow!.... you might consider this...
The Dr told me that its not unusual for people with anxiety problems to have their adrenals affected...
Good luck, Katie!
Hi Katie, get a blood test and get your Thyroid checked, this can make you very fatigued, good luck.
Yes. i feel like my stamina is pretty low. Most days I look really tired, have dark circles under my eyes and my eyes look a little dull and veins prominent. I get enough sleep. It's really frustrating. I usually feel going to the gym gives me more energy and I feel good for a while then I crash a couple of hours later
Hypothyroidism and anemia come to mind first. B12 difficiancy, less than 700 is when it bothers me.
Not likely mono if you can get out of bed!
Kathie, you mentioned you got thyroid checked, if tsh is higher than 2 that is still likely the problem. Also, if the Dr did not test FREE To and only tested t4 they didn't do enough tests to properly test you. Post your results. Dr's don't do a very good job of diagnosing thyroid problems. Endocrinologist are better at diagnosing and caring for thyroid issues.
