For 3 months straight, I've had bad heart pulputations, dizziness, funny vision, light headed, feeling like fainting, and nausea every single day for 3 months. I'm only 16 it has stopped me from going to school and work, the doctors tell me I'm fine, but I have anxiety so I have a feeling it's that.
What can iI do to treat this and make it go away. Please help! !!!! !!!!

Oh god so young...I've been having the same symptoms for a month now..it is very difficult I also have pressure in my head and ears.. Their are medications out there than can help...it's just about trying the different ones to find the one that works for you..there is hope but sometimes its hard to stay positive...
Ow dear I had my first anxiety attack at 14 and it affected my schooling too, it's scary I know I'm now 49 and am very anxious today, its something we have to live with unfortunately and have to ride it out until it passes. You'll have good days and bad days love it your breathing that causes light headedness n dizziness you'll notice breathing is shallow when you get anxious try slow deep breaths, and try thinking of something you like doing or I find when I paint my nails or have a sing along to music it passes even at my age 😁 I wish you well lovexx I'm here anytime you need to speak to someone
I have all of these symptoms too Zali. If one doctor isn't helpful then try getting an appointment with a different practitioner. I am also at the start of my battle with this horrible feeling. I am taking flouxitine which I'm hoping will begin to help. Try distracting yourself with things you like doing? If there's any advice I can give you it is to keep speaking to people about how you feel, wether it is on this site, a family
Member or a friend? Things will get better, you will not feel like this forever, it'll pass. I understand it's hard to believe that when your low or having an attack but we all live in hope! I wish you luck!
I am so sorry that you are going through this. The main thing is take your mind off you. I know it's hard to do but it helps. Keep active by being with friends and family. Do not focus on how you are feeling, talk to them about anything but. Exercise, make sure to eat healthy. No caffeine, it will make palpitations worse. Eat small meals and healthy snacks through out the day. Keep your sugar level even. Drink lots of water. Find activities you like to do and when you feel anxious, concentrate on that. When you feel real bad, go for run or walk outdoors. I used to walk for about a mile. Don't forget to take water. Snacks should be like fruit, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate, small pc and it should have at least 70 percent cocoa or drink 100 percent cocoa with low fat milk and add sugar. This is not easy but if you want to feel better, push through. Important to not focus on you. Keep active and social. I wish you the best. One more thing, get at least 8 hrs sleep. Sleep heals.
That's awesome! Really happy for you. You still should do all the things I suggested to stay anxiety free. I don't know how often you have to repeat acupuncture. I don't think it's a one time thing. BUT, I could be wrong. So happy though. Anxiety is the pits especially for some one so young
I had the anxiety for 8 straight months. Within three weeks the Acupunturist was able to tell me it was anxiety and for 6 years I was pain free. From time to time under stress I go to him for a few visits and I'm great. Thank you.
I also have these same symptoms every day. I am always worried something else is wrong but I guess it's in my head and just my anxiety.. I had to drop out of school and didn't work for almost 3 months. Very difficult to even leave my house. I just drink alot of water and do my best to work thru it. I've learned the panic attack is going to happen so don't fight it. It only makes it worse. It's hard. Takes practice.
