Pulmonary Embolism :(

Well hey guys first of all my anxiety for heart attack is gone but a new fear has come along, I constantly think I have pulmonary embolism. I've been having pains on the left side of my back. It hurts when I touch it. Is this a blood clot to my lung?!?! I'm freaking out

How is your breathing ? Do you sweat a lot after only moving around for a little while ?

I'm actually okay now lol but my breathing was fine. Just a pain on my left side. It's gone but I'm still scared
