Ear ringing I'm freaking out

I couldn't fall asleep due to my right ear ringing. Now I'm awake at almost 3:00 am and the ear ringing is scaring me and I'm having anxiety really bad. I'm trying to think of something else but the ringing ear is taking over. I need to sleep so I can work but can't relax. I'm just so scared.😥

I had this for a while and still have it but only when I focus on it. Everyone has it to a certain extent but when you have anxiety you become hypersensitive and notice these abnormal feelings sound and thoughts more.
