Ear issues

A couple of days ago I started feeling my ears pop like when you get off a plane or come back from top of a hill. Just today I started hearing a thump kind of noise out of my right ear.. It started after I left the Drs office. Do any of you experience this before?? Its making my anxiety flare up 😕😖

Could be sinus problem perhaps, ears, nose and throat all linked.

I've had it myself.

Hope it dissapears soon as anything that brings on our anxiety we can definetely do without.

Best wishes.

I get it a lot. Cracking when I eat or yawn, and pressure plus loads of wax too.

I've suffered with sinus problems for years and waxy ears too.

Sounds like the tube between your ear and nose is partially blocked most likely due to sinus problems.

Agree with all previous replies I too suffer from sinus problems, try inhaling with hot steam twice a day, really does help and when you see your doc again, ask them to give you a nasal spray that's really helpful too but not having any sinus problems would be even better! Hope this helps

Yes, have had a lot of ear issues too. Last month I went to doc and he cleaned out my ears. He did a test to check my inner ear and all was normal. Ears have felt good since. Unfortunately I have had most other symptons of anxiety and come to terms with it. Have really good days and some days "off" feeling. I would say dizziness, head pressure and eyes (floaters) bug me the most. Have you been to an ENT?

I have not been to an ENT. My Dr has to give me a referral so that I can go see one..

I'm not a doctor or anything but if I was you I wouldn't be worried. It happens to me occasionally. There are thousands of weird things if not more that our body does lol (more when you have anxiety) that are minds make a big deal of but in reality a person that doesn't have anxiety would just ignore. But just acknowledge it and tell yourself its nothing. You will be fine ( :

Have words with your GP you may need your ears cleaned out. I suffer a skin condition in my ears and I suppose I will need to have mine looked at
