I started hving health anxiety and other anxiety mostly regarded to death anxiety 6 months after my delivery that is in april 2014 and until now (very little now nov 2019). I always have severe body aches everyday.i started depressed.i hv anxiety more on heart issues and stroke.i fear that.i once i got a panic attacks after a full blown stress related family issues.i felt i was having a heart attack. I was so afraid..i felt i was standing on fire. From my feet to my hips then to my abdomen. It was burning..i sweat as if i was under a shower..i was shortness of breath..my heart was racing..i was dizzy..i ddnt really know what was happening..later i learn it was a panic attack..after that episode in july 2017 i started having heart palpitation..later same year in aug i was diagnosed with hyper thyroid after medication same yr it was hypo and nxt year it was gone..i ddnt have any type of thyroid..the body aches was due to inflammation as per doctor but never cure..i started prayer and read all books on prayer and others..i started forgive myself and others..am a good human always helping but i never got that from anyone.i was always humiliated and was taken for granted always but i never stop i continue help..everyone always laugh at me for my health anxiety.it really hurts when its my family member whom i help so many many times. Still my health anxiety..i got my test done and all my reports are good..medically am fit but what causes all this palps and pain..its stress as per doctors..i refuse to take anti depressant..i live without any joy..it sucks.one very day 2019 in april i was having digestive issues and family small issue i got a heart beat of 210bpm..i was shockwd and fear took me..i was normal..no shortness of breath..no dizzy..no pain..just fear..my bp usually down was 17/9 ..i drank vinegar..lemon and it bcame normal 11/9 but my heart still beating hard..it bcom 200bpm..we rushed to er
.was admitted the beat did not lowered after so many trial.i was given xanax and some other drugs to be finally reset my heart.i did all test and no.prob with heart.they said its stress.am on metpure xl25 since 1 year.i did told the cardiologist that its related to my digestive issues but he disagree.later my gp also say its not related but my inner telling me ITS RELATED.THE GAS.THE BOWEL MOUVEMENT.THE BLOATING ARE ALL CONNECTED

Thx for your reply. You make me laugh when you said "i think i just died"..actually i was always having light palpitations and all doctors told its nothing heart related n its just anxiety.i had all heart test.heart is healthy.but the only time i had that 210bpm.it was so scary.when i wss admit i was monitored for the night.after 3 time veins infusion the beat was not slow.after xanax and metoprolol cachet it was still on 120bpm.they told me to sleep.who can sleep when you dht knw what is happening with your heart.i did not sleep i kept looking at the monitor machine.finally the nurse told me to relax not to look at it.i continued n finaly put the screen away.then afterwards it came back to 70bpm.i was discharged with medication.i was temporarily diagnosed Psvt and until now its not confirm but i knw its related to digestive bcoz that day i was passing gas so very much (sorry to use this word) and was belching lots and i was having really stressful situation at home..so..its evident..so did you get that palps again.are you on medication..
Thanks..you are so right and you hit the topic which i think also its a digestive issue.
since May 2019 am on metpure xl 25 a type of metoprolol..i saw my cardiologist after 3 months ie aug 2019 and he asked hw i was with the palps..i told him the truth that inspite of the medication i still get the palps smtime and only once it was like 110bpm.after listening to me he told me that its nthg heart related and that he will continue to prescribe me the metpurexl25 just like he is treating a headache n later he suggest that i should consult a psychologue to discuss my fear.i refuse as i dnt want to be on anti depressive med.he confirm that a psychologue dnt prescribe such n that its a therapy.
But never had any therapist since..but with prayer etc my palps are gone apart from the fact that its my digestive who creates that am sure..i got an appointment in March with the cardiologist..am sure he will now off my medication but you know what am a bit afraid if that happen again without the meds?
Anywsy i trust myself n i will take it from you that our mind are very smart..we have to learn how to handle things..thank you
Not anymore.actually i was diagnosed hyperthyroidism after medication it became hypothyroidism and when i stop medication it became nirmal.no more thyroid problem.its 2 years now i dnt have it anymore or i would say it did not show up again as it may come again as per doctor
Hi aneerj I have also had really fast heart rate a few times on 3 occasions so bad I went to the ER and even though they said not stomach related I know they are because every time it has happened I also had heartburn or poop problems.
Actually they have not learn this in their stages so they dnt understand.its not necessary if no one had it before means that it does not exist.i bet its this.there is a cardiologist on you tube..you search it.its Dr Sanjay Gupta Cardiologist.he is from new york.he explains it so very well..in between what was your heart rate?
aneerj thank you SO MUCH for that link to Dr Sanjay Gupta. He is fantastic! I wish I could have him as a doc I would ask him if he has ever heard of heart palps, sweating and anxiety everytime I have to poop. All doctors don't have a clue and look at me as if I'm loopy.
I got same weird look from doctors and they mayb thought am crazy but am nit and you are not either..the sweating thing before poop is very normal and lits of people had it..you asks n calm yourself..
