Site down and breathe slowly, relax sit back into the chair and close your eyes put your arms and hands on the arms of the chair and let yourself feel that your body and arms are sinking into the softness of the seat. Now relax slowly feeling the chair around you. feel your feet upon the floor, make your legs feel the cushion on hips and thigh, relax, taking regular slow slow breaths. Give it time too slow your heart beat. If you are hypo-ventalate take your hands and breath into your palms that will use your breath to slow your breathing
Some people use a paper bag instead of hands

I too have the same problems. Not great. Exercise helps with good music, march on the spot and watch a funky DVD. A dead sea salt bath to follow sipping water in the bath will lower bp and calm you down. Once out you will feel more relaxed, try to clear your mind and relax..... this will help in the evenings after a bad day. I panic and worry every day from the minute I wake up, there are lots of us out there.... this is what I do most evenings.... you are not alone feeling like this.
You're definitely not alone. I too have them but try not to think too much over them because when you think too much it causes you to panic and everything turns into a vicious cycle. Enjoy your life and see what happens.
Sorry you are having these problems. Have you have a physical (check-up) by a primary doctor to rule out any medical issues? I used to have fluttering of the heart and still do if I lift something over my head that's a little heavy. Anxiety can cause so many symptoms.
