Today for the first time in two months I woke up with zero anxiety. Have my meds finally kicked in? I do know I am very grateful for this day

I loved reading your post, Printz! Well, maybe your meds did kick in... that would be a good thing...

Another thing is this: make up your mind not to judge yourself OR your mixed feelings (including anxiety) too much, OK??? I not only slowed down from One Day At A Time...but am really working on "its NOW...right NOW...and right NOW I can handle this" ... don't look 5 min past or ahead... you can still 'do things' but its always a NOW and whatever comes up you WILL handle it in the NOW... So Be Here Now. Best wishes to you.
