Symptoms of anxiety.

Are my doctors looking in the right place. They are telling me I have only got anxiety but I really worry that something is wrong with my health.

My symptoms are:

Tightness and aching in my fore head checks and jaw

Phlegm in my throat

Eyes aching and blurry at morning and night mainly

Jaw Clenching

Dry throat and mouth

Sore dry nose

Ear fulness and head heaviness

Neck and shoulder ache

Off tummy all the time

Nausea constantly

Had flutters in lower rib

Heart beating fast

I mainly feel worse in the mornings as soon as I wake up I feel ok and then it hits me after about 5 seconds feeling sick to the stomach Shaking and have been dizzy and off balance to at times.

Could their be anything else wrong with me.

Sounds very much like anexity

Has ur gp done bloods etc

I had bloods and everything came back normal . Once they come back normal all that's left is the anexity but if ur still worried go back and discuss it with ur gp I found my gp didn't help very much n found the nurse a lot easier to talk to

N I've experienced Many of them symtoms too

Hi thanx for your response and yes I I have had a blood test about a month ago but I would like a nother one. I do find that my gp isn't helping so much and is it normal to feel sick all day everyday I just really need some proof of nothing being wrong to convince me that it is anxiety.

I have all those symptoms plus a whole other list.. and let me tell you I've had many many test done and apparently it's only anxiety

Yes I haven't put them all on just the main ones the list would be too long to put them all on
