Stress Ruining Everything. Please help!

For the past month and a half I've still been having bad neck pain, head and face pressure, numbness in my joints and weird vision. Such as visual snow and floaters the thing that freaks me out the most is the after images. I'm 19 years old and have been in perfectly good health. This all happened after I bumped my head on a corner about a month and a half ago. I didn't knock myself out or throw up or anything but I instantly started worrying and googling what could happen and that's when I started to feel head pressure. 10 days later my vision started to be funny. I've been to a doctor and a chiropractor both gave me neuro test and told me I was fine as didn't need a CT or MRI. I'm wondering if all my symptoms could be caused from constant stress and googling and worry. Has anyone else experienced this. Are my symptoms normal? Just wish it would go away should I be worried. I freaked myself out into thinking its MS or a brain tumor or bleeding or something crazy

Jesus sounds exactly like me I see floaters see a few at a time most times especial when I look partly at the Sky also se blue blodge and I get pains and just cured my addiction to google don't do it it's bad also I broke my cheek playing rugby so my vision in left eye is worse I can't see perfectly just annoying dots eye doc says there healthy anyway
