Anxiety go away! Never" return

Head tension again! Ugh i'm new to this Guy's out of no where head ache especially when I try to relax, I tried writing to get my mind off of it. No luck" today is my cousin birthday she passed away 4 month's ago! Thats when I encounter anxiety, then it went away now" returned at the end of may :( trying to stay motivated and positive it seems so hard :( praying to get better!

Try downloading an relaxation/ hypnotherapy app to your phone. They worked wonders for me in getting me to relax and get any thoughts out of my head.

I have on both my phone, and lap top I still get trigger's I'm just be patient and pray! Thanks, for the advice appreciated

Yes, you're bound to get good days and bad ones. We just have to hope the good ones outweigh the bad ones!
