I've been out for my birthday tonight we got on to the subject of my ex husband which brings back so many memorys

I got home I got pain in my chest and feel like I breath and that summit stuck in my throat... I can't sort my self out like I normally can and I'm so scared 😓

No I haven't been drinking as don't drink,me and my ex husband split in 2012 he was not a very nice person there was domestic violets very controlling and so on

K....meditate ..meditate . welp I think you got panicky at the thought of him. That's my issue..like if someone were to bring up my recent ex id get anxious , even if I thought I was over it/him. But maybe it'd be cool to vent about him then finally move on from it. I'm trying to do that with my recent ex ..:/ it's rough tho

Your right every time someone brings him up I freeze and tell people to stop because he has scared me.... Every time I have the attack for days but its mainly pain in my arm and chest then the feeling in the throat xx

Oh wow :/ yeah I see why you'd be anxious, glad you're out of the situation . But yes stay reminding yourself you're out of that rough relationship & that you're fine 😊. Then you'll know it & when someone brings him up on any other occasion you'll be cool. Geez :/ yeah I had that ..suckss ..meditate. relax . it'll be fine :))
