Can someone answer my question please I've been everywhere and no help so far

Does anyone ever have this spacey feeling like you aren't really alive like somethings going to happen. Headaches and tension in head whatever you want to call it. It's been going on for days and I need to know if there are any household remedies or anything that can help

Yes I have the spacey feeling often sometimes days on end it is called derealization google it.

When I'm busy or very distracted I forget about it but as soon as I remember it comes back. From what I've read don't fight it or worry about it and it should get better. For headaches and head tension take pain killers drink lots and lots of fluids try to sleep more take walks and again try your best not to focus on it, this worked for me I had head pressure for 3 weeks strait when I stopped focusing on it it went away. Hope you feel better

I have had trouble with what I now have come to find out are vestibular migraines. I get spacey, and have trouble thinking. I was referred to a neurotologist and it was one of the best things that ever happened to me. I was diagnosed with an inner ear problem, and now realize that all my weird symptoms are because of this. It might be worth ruling out an inner ear problem. You can go to vestibular.org and read about different inner ear disorders and the symptoms they cause, to see if you think that might be what you have.
