Anxiety symptoms or am I going crazy help....? Right I've been fine all day then I was fine in my living room had a bath then while I was in the bath I got a slight pain in my arm which I think is a pulleduscle from work and then I tryd watch telly and my head just felt empty n felt sick like nervous sick I've learned to xj grok my anxiety abit but some are uncontrollable it's scary just want to be normal but I don't no what normal is anymore so I probaly panic when I am normal

Hi john it sounds like anxiety and a lot of what I suffer with. Try calm down take slow and very deep breathes when u feel like u are going crazy. It helps.
