Maybe try to sleep in a little longer? I have morning anxiety since I moved out of home. Legs get all weird and heart races. Have to get up cuz I just can't handle lying there. Alone to as my partner goes to work early. Mead she me if you like. It helps talking to others x

Hey sorry that you're feeling the way you do I strongly understand everything you mentioned as I have been there myself but im slowly recovering it is possible i promise. To not be scared was the very hard bit for me because i couldn't relax and i was always tense which didn't help. But if you can try meditating it helps me get through the day it doesn't make you "better" but it really does make you feel a lot better in yourself. I meditate everyday and i have noticed a massive difference in myself and the way i think. The brain is the evilest thing in your body and it just ruins your life. Taking baby steps does help as you can take things at your own pace. You're going to be ok and if you need to talk im always here. Good luck.

I use to get that all the way through primary and high school it went away for maybe first second of high school but came back worse than ever when I got older to the point Id worry about that much it make me nearly sick. I learnt to deal with it and if I was going to be I was. Just got to try to ignore it or what ever is bothering you it will only consume you dude

Yep. Anxiety gives you an upset nervous stomach. Doesn't feel good but makes perfect sense.
