Hello I get this and also numbness and tingling pins and needles I also get heart palpitations and a real booming heart beat . I seen my doctor all blood tests and ecg normal I also have an ulcer which may be what caused some chest pain but everything is caused from anxiety but if your chest pain does not go Away seek medical care . Just to be safe
Could be angina. You must see your GP and get it sorted
