Thanks for the reply I am seeing a physcologist I have been 6 times I'm not sure how much it is helping because I still wake up and feel hopeless and sick. My family know about it and there sick of hearing about it so now I keep it to myself and say I'm feeling fine. But the truth is I haven't felt fine or happy In a long time I don't even remember the feeling anymore

No worries. I am the same. I just don't even bother talking anymore about it. I'm over it. No one gets it so I don't bother with them. I'm always here for you to listen. Helps so much trust me.

Hi, my dr gave me lexapro about 3 months ago it's a antidepressant he wanted me to try it coz I had completely lost my appetite and I couldn't physically eat anything for weeks. But I never took it. I'm still not on any medication, instead I do yoga and read as much as I can to find out how I can help myself without medication. I just didn't like the side affects I read about it and I just wanted to get better on my own. I'm not sure how much help my physcologist has been, she dosent really tell me anything I haven't read already in books. But I continue to go in hope one day I will be better. I have no reason to be this anxious, that's the worst part - I have no idea why I am suffering.

Hi. Its not always helpful to keep researching and reading and Googling our anxiety. I understand we are all looking for help and seek any help we can get. But what we are actually doing is reinforcing our anxieties and feeding them. It gets so that's all we have in our minds. You have to break the cycle by doing something else that will give you a diversion. I took on voluntary work after I retired . Anxiety and depression robs us of so much of our precious lives. And the crazy thing about it is. Its actually us doing to ourselves . We allow our own body to fight amongst itself. You can change how you feel and it can be done very quickly if you tell yourself you are in charge and things are going to change. Anxiety is a Demon within us and we need to fight it. Good luck

I end up like this all the time now, and I can't stop it either. I'm also scared of throwing up, eating in case I am sick or even going out places or to school because my anxiety engulfs me and makes me feel this way. I also end up not being able to sleep over it, and no matter how little I eat, I burp a lot after meals. My dad is taking me to a doctor soon but I don't want to be put on any medication or told it's all in my head, so I'm going to try and gather as much on it as I can so I maybe don't have to take anything. Also, sometimes when I don't get up and do anything all day and I finally do, I have temporary blindness. It only lasts a few seconds, but my eyes hurt after and I feel really dizzy. I'm sure one of these days I'll just pass out. Do you get this? Anyways, I hope you get better, because it sucks.
