Vertigo anxiety and depression
Hi Filmer
Sounds like your having a real tough time right now, we all know how that feels here so your not alone, has your doctor put you on any medication?
I am on propranolol and serra line it feels like no one want to help me I am in tears all the time as I really can't cope with it any more
First of all please try and find comfort in knowing that people here do understand and do care about how your feeling, and you can use this forum as your own personal support network, anxiety/panic/depression there all tough to cope with, it can feel completely overwhelming like there's no end to it, but people can and do recover, its not impossible it just feels impossible. I do think you should go back to the doctors and ask him to refer you to a therapist, you've got nothing to loose and you probably need abit more support with this, just tell him you can't get through this on your own and you need some help with it all, x
I too have vertigo, so know how you feel. I have a four wheel rollator to help me walk, in saying that I never go out alone. Depression goes hand in hand with vertigo, chronic pain and no energy. I have a music relaxation that I listen to. As well as medication.
hugs
Liz
