My anxiety has been so up and down lately and I feel ill if I eat anything bigger than a small meal, I'm tempted to do a few days fast.. Can you take propranolol on an empty stomach? I'm just sick of feeling bloated and huge

Hello

When we have anxiety it can put us of food , but to eat little & often which even though we don't feel like it can be the best thing to do & you will feel bloated if you are not eating & sick , try just little bits , even if it is a slice of toast in a morning , one small sandwich at lunch & then your small evening meal & maybe a milky drink before bed

Taking medication on an empty stomach can first stop it from working as well & also can make you feel ill & more sick so if you cannot eat any more than that one small meal a day & it is only one tablet a day you have to take I would take it after that meal when there was something in my stomach , if you are reallt struggling & cannot manage it then go & talk to your doctor again x
