Forever there's something wrong

Got a pain on my left boob it's like an electric stabbing pain and feel really breathless my heart is racing .. Has anyone got when they breath in it hurts there chest. Also still having the problem with feeling like I'm in and dream!!! Argh hate this feeling 😔

Well u know nothing is wrong with u you just had test done all came back clear just the anxiety rearing it's head again

My chest and ribs and sides of breast get relly super sore!! I think it's from deep breathing!!

I know how you feel...no wait, I know EXACTLY how you feel, that feeling like you are in a dream it's called depersonalization, it's your brain's on way of trying to calm your worried mind. I get this feel alot and its scary and frustrating because I don't wanna feel that way. I also get that pain in the left side of the chest that you described, your muscles are just tensing up from being anxious or worried about something, in my case I get scared that I might stop breathing and die as a result of my symptoms...don't worry you are not alone and I feel like with time one will gradually get used to this feeling, so hang in there and know that you are not alone.
