so I walked my little cousin to school today to get out while I was walking my heart started racing really fast and then I felt like I couldn't breath and I went so dizzy. Now I still feel dizzy like the room is spinning and my head is feeling like its squeezing. Is this a blood clot , I really need to go into town but my anxiety is through the roof I can't leave my house :(
