Here we go...

So here we go again. Like I've said before, I feel like my anxiety is at its peak right before I go to sleep. I can't take my mind of my breathing, I get these chest pains, then I suddenly feel this emptiness inside of my chest, and this isn't the first time it's happened to me. And after each time it happens, I feel fine as if I've survived. So then why am I not used to this feeling by now? Why do I still feel so afraid each time this happens? I struggle to feel normal as I did before I acquired this anxiety and panic...will I ever be free?

My anxiety made me fear going to bed, so i went to the docs, she made me change my meds from citalopram to trazadone, i took my first one last night, and slept for over 12hrs, felt like i had a hangover this morning, but its made a big difference to my day, I've had loads more energy, and for the first time in ages I haven't napped during the day. I am quite surprised at the change in me as i didnt hold out much hope.
