All thoughts in my head like I'm just going to drop dead because people do just drop dead for no reason .. My heart is racing so fast and skipping all over the place these palpations are so annoying now , just wish I could think positive but every time I do it's like my mind just takes over with the bad. Constantly feel like I'm dying

Sorry to hear how bad you are feeling with palpitations, I know exactly what it feels like, the adrenalin is what causes my palpitations so I try to manage them with remedies such as drinking a glass of iced water or coughing, which can get your heart to return to it's normal rhythm, then of course you need to try some relaxation techniques.

I suffer with anxiety and depression and I also have a heart rhythm problem, I have to tell myself not to worry because that will bring on the palpitations.

Sorry I can't be much help but I just wanted to let you know that I am still awake and I had read your post, it's awful when you feel anxious.
