Can't stop panicking it's getting bad

I'm so scared! I'm so scared I'm sick, regardless of fighting a cold or anything else! My mom keeps saying I'm fine and I'm terrified that the one time I really need her, she won't be!

Don't be scared sweetheart. You're just fine! I understand the fear. I have been dealing with the same fear, even over a cold. She will be able to notice if you're truly sick. No worries there. Take a slow breath, calm down, look outside at the day and be thankful. You are alive and well. God is with you. There is nothing to fear. Put your mind to something good. It will be hard but try to make your primary focus on something good. What is your favorite tv show? book? What do you like to do for others? You can do it.
