Hey guys!! So if you guys have been reading my most recent posts, you can see that I've been having weird throat sensations, but now my neck has been bothering me for a week and feels like it's gravitating to my arm and slight ear discomfort, I can't help but Google and I keep finding the scariest shit and have self diagnosed with so many different incurable ailments 😩I have no idea what to do with myself 😩Now I'm feeling sad, low and depressed and can't function at all
Omg I can't stop googling!!!: Hey guys!! So... - Anxiety Support
Omg I can't stop googling!!!
Me too
I know how u feel
it freaking happened again the whole water went in nose worried about deadly bacteria thing etc..
I was barefoot it was wet
It doesn't help that my nose feels congested & my head hurts I googled again ?! I was doing ok so far dang it!
You're fine, that happens in lakes or certain bodies of water, not home water girl. You're absolutely fine. But I know the struggle of not being able to accept that you're fine and healthy smh I know all too well. I've been like this for a year, I wasn't like this before and I miss my old self so much smh.
Sounds like you might scm muscle strain, look it up your symptoms match some of the symptoms with this. Google it and if you think this is correct then go to YouTube to see how to sort it out.
Thank you so much.. my main thing is actually to try to stay away from google lol but I will take a look at that, thank you!
It's very common I have had it myself. I got rid of it by doing things I saw on YouTube.
Google is OK if you know what you are looking for ☺
I googled it and the first thing I saw was it heals in 2 days, mine has been this way for a little over a week, now I'm even more worried 😩😩😩
If it is scm and it hasn't heeled in two days you need to learn to use stretches to heal it, found on YouTube. Mine took a few weeks to heal. I had to stretch it two- three times per day. But it worked for me. Also painkillers and gels etc will help.
Stop worrying!!!
Okay that makes sense, I did not type in scm.. and I have icy hot, I will use that and YouTube the stretches for this too, thank you! And I'm trying to stop!!! It's so much easier said than done, but I'm trying
Google can cause all sorts of worries. Try not google every ache and pain you get because it doesn't help.
Try to concentrate on how good you feel. Do things that help you to relax and find something else to occupy your mind so that you don't need to use a computer and google.
Take Care and work on being positive and looking forward.
