I feel like I'm going to die 24/7 why is this and I can't get it out my head so upset went to my doctor I'm on 30mg of mirtizapine there anti depressants and he's upped them to 45mg scared to take the 45. Getting pains in my heart

You only think you are going to die.

You're not on your own with this feeling. Try the 45 mg dose and if that dose not help ask your gp for a different antidepresant,

I've Been on 30 Mg Mirtazapine for12 years . It's a good drug, give it a chance to get into your system.

Join the club. There are loads of us with depression - it's very common.

Keep you chin up - you WILL
