HELP

HELP ! On my way to hospital having a panic attack. Anyone else feel like rent tease when they have theirs.

I've been in hospital 3 times last week due to panic attacks! I hope your okay and everything's going to be fine. I feel so poorly when I have my attacks I have around 8/9 day and night and it's horrible. Sending a big hug your way xx

Jean i hope things are ok for you today, most of the time when i tense up and no its coming i head for a quiet place to gather my thots and control my anxiety, after 2years of this i no am not dying and give a and e a miss, i do headspace or my fav music close my eyes and switch off. Hope ur feeling better now xx

Thank you ! I'm feeling better . I was able to recall what triggered my attack. But thank you so much for your support and hugs !

Oh Jean I sympathise with u , I can have many panic attacks per day, anxiety takes over my life, controlling it , not easy. Good to hear you are well again. Take care keep smiling

How are you doing now? What bring on your panic attacks? Finding the cause might help with healing your emotions. Praying for your recovery and that the attacks diminish. You are not alone and do not have to live in that condition.

Thank you everyone for your support. I was very ill for about 4 months . And I got a slight cold and I started to panic that I would get sick again. So I think that is what brought on my panic attack . But I'm trying my hardest to fight this. I will not give up and let it control me . It gets tough but I know I'm strong enough to over come it.
