I got very little sleep last night as i kept bein awoken by a Fast heart beat..i was scard shittless so now im at the hospital,.im tired of worrying and bein stressed i need someone who understands me ..im 28 female ,, anyone help..

I understand. I sort of wish I didn't, but I understand all too well.

If you want to talk, message me any time. Actually it would be nice to talk to someone without having to hide the anxiety. There are a couple of people who know I suffer from it, but mostly I end up hiding it and trying to look as though everything's fine.
