Constant fear of health

I've had a strange feeling in head. Especially at the side of my face (the area in between my eye and ear) (both sides). If I tap it I get a weird buzzing sensation in my eyes and that area, I also feel pulses in my head and side of head! I wake up shaking inside and have a hand tremor when I think of my health! I know I have anxiety but I'm worried about this head feeling and wonder if it's related to anxiety

hi hun think anxiety as im.am.same its awful feeling. . what read etc it course so many things belive me. I am worrier ... hope soon feel better xx numb pls try kerp calm hard I know I cant relax x or go see doctor ask him put your mind st ease x
