Hi guys

Hi Michael,
Do you take your citilopram at night ?.
The thing is I started at night and found they were not working for me like that,so I swapped taking them at night time and started in the mornings instead !.
I'm now just over a month in and feeling fine, you do feel tired but you've got to find a way through it and the nausea and lack of appetite and everything that goes with it and eventually it does work.
The palpitations are just normal to your anxiety, but tend to be accelerated by the drug ,but will calm down.
Since I started taking them again I have really calmed down and my life is starting to take off again after10 months recuperating after a major car accident in which I broke my back in three places and had to have one of my feet 're built !.
My relationship broke down because I became so insular due to depression anxiety and Ptsd!.
I started off in a full body brace and had half a ton of titanium in my foot, which part of it had to be removedm because I was rejecting it !.
But .10 months on I walk without aids I drive again and I'm seeking work.
Ok I had to start on meds but they are transforming my life and giving me back a modicum of self respect .
So michael, you see your not the only person to feel the way you do on citilopram !.
But youve got to take small steps, things don't change overnight.
Pete.
Hi Michael oh I'd love a full nights sleep can't remember the last time I did. I sleep for an hour or two then wake up then sleep then wake up....it's exhausting so yes lol lots of people suffer the same thing
