Anyone else have bad anxiety during the day but sleep just fine? I sleep well, it's waking up and going about my daily activities that is challenging

Yes I usually sleep pretty good at night. And I usually feel good first thing in the morning. My problem starts usually about an hour after I wake up when my day gets started.

Yes, I have that too. Well, at this moment my anxiety isn't too bad, but even last summer when I was constantly very, very anxious and stressed out, I slept well.

But at that time I would wake up anxious.

I do tend to sleep ok but often wake from bad dreams which can be quite frightening. Generally during the day as long as I am busy I manage ok .
