Sleeping issues

I'm so sad and about to have an anxiety attack, my thoughts are scary but the thought of losing someone I love is much worse. I just want to feel okay, it's so easy for other people why can't it be easy for me... Any easy remedies for anxiety that makes it so you can't sleep? I would really appreciate it, thank you.

Hey deep breathing helps. Chamomile tea also. Youtube meditation and try some b4 u go to sleep it works for me :)

Have you tried rescue remedy its a herbale remedy and its for one the go what u do is put min of 4 drops in to any drink I use bottled water u can have it as and when u need to sip just take it with u its to take the edge off your worrys so u can do day to day things that bit better there are all diffrent remedys for u to find the one that works plus theres night time remedy to help sleep as well its been around for over 80yeas no side affects what so ever as its all natural herbs and best of all its not a PILL

Try some "mindfulness". Sort of living in the now. Watch some of Erkart Tolle's u tube videos. It does help with anxiety.

I warm bath works great. listen to music to keep your mind off an attack. Not sure your age but if I watch Disney movies with my children or any kind of kid show it makes me happy or laugh.

I'm 18 but I actually watch doc mcstuffins all the time I think it's so cute and does make me feel better, thank you for the tips!

Great! I'm 26 but I still like to watch kid movies and another thing that helps me is to stay away from sodas. I have major anxiety when I take in caffeine.
