panic over symptoms

I'm currently having upper back pain/ burning sensation and I'm freaking out. I've heard that people have had heart attacks and that back pain or back burning like sensations were their symptom...

It started to hurt 7 hours ago on and off.. and now it's hurting and not going away..

I'm trying to think rationally and thinking that perhaps studying and my posture is causing it but it's so hard :(

I guess I just want some reassurance..

I've been to the docs before and they said everything was fine
