Hi guys just wondered if any of u have experienced this before. If I have cold drinks they go straight through me as a bad bout of diarrhea about 15-30 mins after drinking them . Has anyone else had this ?

If you get very hot then a sudden influx of cold water/drink can cause an 'emergency' need for the toilet.

I get it if I've been working out hard in the gym then drink a load of cold water.

It is certainly possible. Cold drinks can sort of "irritate" the stomach if that makes sense. Because there is a cold substance in your stomach, your stomach must work to "heat it" so that it is easily digested.

At least that's what I've read.
