The right medication (which seems to be different for everyone) can take away a lot of the symptoms. Important to get evaluated by knowledgable psychopharmicologist. Best wishes to you...
Yes, anxiety can cause a million things that are soo bizarre. I feel like I cant focus or I am too aware of things. Like things keep moving whrn I am walking or something its so weird to describe. I try to just remind myself that its not real and don't let it scare me.
Hi !!
first of all are you medically confirmed to have anxiety?
If you are then my friend, anxiety has so many symptoms that it could be possible that what you are dealing with is anxiety related.

And aside from this list there is more I know some were repeated but it's helpful.

Have you been tested for B12 deficiency? Sometimes it is dietary - so if you are vegan or don't eat much fish/dairy/meat then try taking a supplement and see if that improve things. Not saying that you don't have anxiety but B12D can make some of the symptoms worse - as with other things.
Would include a link to symptoms check list on the Pernicious Anaemia society website but it seems to be down at the moment.
There are other things that could be going on as well. Have you been to see your GP.
Go and see your GP, get your blood pressure checked.
Hi Chris02
That is exactly what I feel like pretty much every day . I am currently been treated for GAD and health anxiety . My Dr has just increased my medication ( 40mg of fluoxitine ) 6 days ago to try and help me overcome these feelings.
This site has been a massive support for me over the last few months there is always someone willing to give
Advice xx
Yes definitely, anxiety can cause what you would not believe. I get the staggering feeling and vision distorted also. It is normal so try not worry but go get as much help as you can. I hate going to my GP cause I sound crazy but I so don't want to carry on like this so i am going back today and will keep going back till I get something that helps. Def relaxation try mindfulness on you tube.
Ok, first try a simple thing. Go get a blood test and have the check your B12 and D. Let your doctor know how you have been feeling and ask them to test you for as much as they are willing to. My people are vitamin D deficient and that can really mess you up.
Hi Chris, yes your symptoms are part of anxiety,I have the same symptoms sometimes ,but when it happens usually I try to keep me busy in doing something(ex.going for a walk, visiting a friend, having a chat, participate to some events or initiatives ).When you feel lethargic is the body asking to have more rest, sometimes related to the seasonal changes, sometimes because feel bored.I suggest you to do something you really like to do: reading club, knitting, gardening, volunteering ect...where you can be in contact with other people and share some ideas and interests.Try to move your thought to something pleasurable and enjoy even a small thing like having a cup of tea or an ice cream.Suddenly you can see that your symptoms may disappear, but try to be in touch with people is very important.
