Does anyone else sometimes feel like their mind is rushing so much that they can't keep up and they get sort of a "heavy headed" feeling?? It's happening to me right now its like im worrying but... i don't know what about.

it can be overwhelming can't it?
just try to find a moment to stand or sit and concentrate on slowing your breathing.
everytime your mind tries to wander, gently bring it back to your breathing.
maybe try tuning in to listening to the birds, or the hum of traffic;
or looking at the clouds and all their many shapes;
anything that will help you become calmer.
there are no time limits, it's up to you - ten seconds or ten minutes, you decide.

Yes i get it a lot, very heavy head, like I am on a boat sometimes. It takes time to slow the mind down. Try some on line yoga breath - really concentrate on it and the music. I know that feeling only too well and always think I need to sit down or lie down. It has been a nightmare for me that and stopped me going out and getting to places i once enjoyed. It's the mind and body way of telling you something needs to change. Try find mindfulness - think it is on you tube. Talk aloud to yourself saying nothing bad is happening and look out would window - listen for all the sounds you can hear - stop the cycle that starts with the light headedness. I honestly know it so well x But I am trying with tiny baby steps to try new ways of getting through this. You can do it!! Another wee saying I loved this week ways - not my circus, not my monkeys. I worry about my family at times and always liked to do things for them all, make sure they are always ok n that but you know I needed some time for me. You will be busy also so honestly take some time out and try the mindfulness x

My brain can't stop thinking and worrying about things.Since I started meditation and/mindfulness it s much better.Maybe you should try??
