I see that you posted 3 hours ago, how are you feeling now?
It could be a panic attack, or heightened anxiety, but we cannot diagnose here, I can only advise that you go and see your gp, or contact your mental health team.
I hope you are feeling a bit easier now.

Thx hamble, I did went to see my GP this Morning. Things are much better and she did say it was anxiety but now I'm having pain in the back of my head mostly on the left side
