Hi Coskun

Sorry you are not feeling to good

Have you been to see your GP about this ?

We can get many aches & pains due to anxiety , but the best thing to do is get checked with GP (maybe you have ) if not , then I would , will be a good start to finding out the best way to help you

Welcome to the site

I have seen many ...but I still get this...all they do is to give me some masking pills....some of them make me feel tired...,lethargic...sleepy and so on....The thing is that this condition has got bad since I have had the lumber pucture...before...Bell`s Palsy...I also keep having very vivid dark dreams....from which I wake with nausea(the feeling of it) and a very fast heart beat....in the end I take Lorezepam...before it was diazepam...

Thank you for your reply....:=))

Coskin

I would go back & insist they do more for you or try a differnt GP , you can see another one in the surgery

May be some of the meds making you feel this way , but they need to sort this for you

Go back and insist

Let us no how you go on

Thank you Minnie, I have been doing all of those....but there are days that i find rather bad...!!The problem is that I also suffer from IBS...too...!! I have got too many things I don`t want...:=)) I used to enjoy going to the gym.....now I don`t do any exercise...because I feel peculiarlly queasy all over!! I suppose my age does not help much either....I am a pensioner..!!:=((((

:-( don't be upset, peppermint herbal tea is excellent for IBS as it cleans the stomach and help with nausea so give it a try- drink 2 cup per day if you can and see how it goes? Have you try deep heat muscles cream for knee? I sometime get pain in my knee as I think tissue oil might run out and cause pain but fish oil or cod liver oil supplements help it. Go to chemist shop and speak to person there about it? Magnesium sea salt bath is very good for muscles tension also remove toxic from the body, you can find it from boots which is blue packet box. X

Thank you.....you are very kind... I regularly drink peppermint tea and cammomile too. Green tea as well!! I have multi-vitamins and cod oil tablets and deep heat cream...I think there might be something wrong with my adrenalin output....and when I get pain in my guts or in the stomack and when it stays blown out for a period,I start getting fast heart beat. Last night, I just could not sleep at all. This morning ,the stomack is flat, the pulsation has died down....but I know it is lurking about!!! This is a real social-life killing condition!! I took Lorezepam to calm my anxiety down again...:=((((

Yes it's your anxiety make you feel like this. Maybe try go to bed but leave lamp on and it might make you feel safe and relaxing? It's what I do when my husband go on night shifts. That's good you take those vitamins. Magnesium is good for anxiety even complex vitamin b. keep drinking those herbal teas as they are very good for your health. Do you like crossword or sudoku as it might help you relax before go to bed? I do it and keep my mind busy but enjoy same time xx

To relax,I leave the radio on beside me which plays classical music....I keep it very low and try to go to sleep by it.It usually helps but if my body is up in arms...I have got no chance..I get up in the middle of the night to get a hot water bottle and a cup of herbal tea. If I am in bad pain, I sit at my CP desk to distract my worries...by that time it is 05 o`clock in the morning and I feel completely exhausted....and angry!! I drink warm milk with malt to relax me...I also sprinkle a little lavender drops on my pillow. But...my God...it creates so vivid dreams every night...but I can hardly remember when I wake up..usually these dreams also give me a bad turn which makes me wake up in sweat and panic...!! I short Minnie,I am in a bad pickle of late...!! Of course, the other upsetting thing is that there is not one soul around to take solace in....

and thank you for making the time to reply. I appreciate it.x

Sorry to hear all of this:

What is your dream in life? What do you want more than anything? If you work on this and try and make it happen I am certain that at least 50% of your symptons will dissapear! Because when we do what we love and bask in it we have no room for fear, anxiety or stress we have room for love, happiness and laughter.

So if you dream of writing a book or if you have always wanted to learn how to play the flute get busy with it! You can hire someone to teach you home flute lessons or start writing 200 words of the book until it's complete.

If you enjoy cooking why not try and get onto one of those cooking shows for fun!

I am very anxious and get really annoying panic attacks and palpitations and its so frustrating but I always try and follow my dreams and it really helps to build my confidence. Because what we do as anxiety suffers is we become empty and do not much in our lives anymore so we notice everything sympton and we think about our health all day long. Whereas if we work on goals, dreams and aspirations and fill our lives with more action and less thinking we will be more free and balanced.

Hope this helps.

Good luck and feel better soon :-)
