Is there something seriously wrong !

I'm terrified that this feeling I get in my head is something serious. I suffer with GAD but lately I constantly feel spaced out and not quite with it . I also get headaches quite frequently ( not bad ones ) and feel like my head is tingling. I also get the tingling feeling behind my nose . Can this really just be anxiety or is it something else ?

Hey loopsy,

I get tension headaches quite a lot which can be triggered by anxiety/stress I think. If you're worried about the headaches/dizziness then perhaps a trip to your GP would help.

Hey loopsy,

Yes, in fact I am having those symptoms right now. Never forget that it is just the anxiety, and do some deep breathing if it gets really bad.
