rs I never liked myself and was self conscious. Initially I stayed away from meds and had talking therapy which helped me more to understand why I suffered. However I was nearly always in flight or fight mode. After years just coping I decided to take sertraline 100 mg in the morning they take away most of the anxiety and I have more courage to be myself and not worry about other people. The anxiety and paroniod sometimes try to raise their nasty heads, but I know this is just a learnt behaviour I can diminish. I still believe in talking therapy combined with mild meds. Love a respect yourself and do things that make you happy. This has been my journey and I am on a recovery journey. I am taking ownership by signing off and living a new happy free fulfilling relaxed life. Although it takes time I believe we can all achieve this. I hope this is of some comfort I wish you all loving kindness. Richard
