My heart feels weak and getting palpations when I stand up, I've had an ECG so it's anxiety?

Sorry you are feeling so bad but if you have had an ECG & everything has come back perfect then yes anxiety can cause this & the more we focus on these feelings the more fear it creates causing palpitations

Have you seen your GP & asked what they can do to help you with your anxiety , if you have then I would still go back & talk to them again & if you haven't I would go & explain how you are feeling

Try & be reassured by your results that were fine & knowing that you are not alone with these palpitations but nothing bad will happen

I've been the gp 6 times, me being silly I search on google and that set me off thinking I was going to die I I play football or do sport. X

Well if you have been 6 times to see your GP & they have given you the all clear regarding your health it does sound like you have Health Anxiety

Have you asked for maybe some counselling to help with your Health Anxiety ?

I used to Google to till I joined this site & I have health anxiety even though I seem to be able to see it for what it is nowadays which is my anxiety but Google will always tell you the worse scenario even though it is not based on your own medical history which makes a big difference as my GP explained , so I banned myself from going on & looking & come on here instead talking to people that understand , if I were you I would do the same it is a lot better & does you more good than ever Google will

Playing sport is a lot better idea
