Hi

I am not sure how old you are even though your pic is on , but I know that you can get hot flashes from anxiety as well as hormonal especially if you are starting or going through the menopause , I get them & they are very powerful , I feel I am going to melt & fling all the doors & windows open

I have also noticed when I am anxious I sweat & get hotter , so I think it is quite normal
