Racing heart tight chest lump in throut body chest and head feel heavy ino this is most likley anxiety I just need someone to tell me so I feel better if that makes sense x

Try breathing through your nose out through your mouth and sit down maybe with calm music or some where thats quiet to calm your self. I had this a few days ago and after I cried as I was so fed up with worrying I was dying when I know in my heart its just anxiety. My councellor said to me today remember anxiety is your mind and body telling you to stop and we need to listen to it. I hope your ok x

I think this fuels it more as I didnt stop worrying for days but now im trying to think sensibly it all seems to be easing. I know its easier said than done but try not to think the worst its getting me there slowly x x
