can panic disorder let you get feelings/strong fears that something bad is going to happen or you may die?

Definately :( its horrible always the fear of impending doom or expecting worst case scenarios or fearig bad things it just another symptom we have deal with :/x

i'm on no meds. i see a therapist thou every week or sometimes every other week depending on my pocket.

Yes,it s normal to feel like that every day everymoment.

Nothing bad will happened it s just a feeling

Me too!!!

But I don t have an answer for that .I had it for years now on and off.Now I m learning to manage it and understand it.Even the sensations are strong I know I m now that I m not going to die.

In my personal opinion I whould consider:talking therapy,CBT meditation and medication

Probably never had the right treatment.i m in waiting list for PTSD so hopefully I will get better,I also think is genetic
