Anyone else have svt& anxiety

Its a heart condition basically a rapid heart beat that can come at anytime for a few seconds even sometimes hours . Not life threatening but it feels like it

I can sympathise. I was diagnosed with CVD on New Year's Day (Happy New Year to me!), and my life has been pretty hellish since. I'm not reacting well to the statins I was prescribed, have health anxiety all the time, insomnia, and occasional adrenaline rushes that give me the exact symptoms you have, usually at around 3am.

Yeah im prescribed beta blockers (as needed) im not to drink caffine or have chocolate ever since its been getting better havent had an episode in two months but now its just anxiety really just messing with me

I've just started taking taurine and it has really helped regulate my occasional irregular heartbeats. Worth a try?
