You would think the meds would be working after 2 weeks but I'm laying in bed trying to sleep and feel fuzzy and that sense of doom. I'm so tried of this.

Some meds take 4-6 weeks to take effect. Give it some time :)

Till then control your breathing when going through a spell :)

Hi

It might take more then 2 weeks..maybe 3-4?Don't worry it quite normal but stick to it cause you will feel better...only if after all that time you still feel rubbish maybe go back to gp to change tablets?let us know how you re doing

I'm on week 2 with my meds and feeling thoroughly fed up. Though I am noticing I'm being a lot more honest about how I feel. Not so stoic as my sister tells me. We will stick with it and get better. Thinking of you M.
