After spending most of the night at the hospital I was sent home and diagnosed with ulcers. My chest pain and arm pain won't stop. I wish for a day they would. I'm so scared Anymore and hate it. It's so hard to believe this is all in my mind. I just don't understand anymore. If I could have one day without the dizziness and the "dying" thoughts I'd be so grateful.

So sorry for the late reply.I have also suffered with ulcers so I know how you feel.One of the reasons your chest and arm pains won't stop is because you are making yourself expect them almost to the point where you are programming your brain to start up as soon as you wake.I know it's easy for me to say but you need to tell yourself over and over that you are all right.If you haven't tried CBT then I would strongly recommend it see if your GP will send you for it. I hope you feel better soon.
