what a change of day.

came back from the match, great day our team won 4 -0, goy home to my daughters who had been watching my o/h so I could have a little time out from caring, she said mam has awful pain in her stomach & side & was very tense, I took her to a/e to make sure , they said she was suffering from severe anxiety, and there was nothing wrong with her stomach, this the very first time it has gone this far, it shows the power anxiety has over us at times, doc said to give her an increased dose of diazepam if she needs it when she can"t cope, she is fine tonight, shows I have to be more aware of the signs of increasing anxiety, jasper xx

Hi Jasper x Sorry to hear about your wife, it can be silly the things that anxiety can do, but they feel so severe, its really is the worst illness going as on the outside its something you cannot tell a person has yet on the inside they are dying and crying for some help x Im glad to hear she is feeling better, maybe just a few nerves ? Glad to hear your team won also x Donver x

thanks donver, its good to talk to somebody, and you are always there, thank you for that, it was a shock because she was ok when I left, it just shows how quickly things can change with anxiety, love jasper xx

Aw no prob happy to help x Yes it can b that things come over us quite quickly, one minute we are fine the next the over active mind takes control and off we go. I often feel anxious for no reason if I am at a lose end and have nothing to do, and with your good wife its harder still as she is dependant on others to keep her occupied so its going to happen but it will lessen as you adapt xx

I'm glad your wife was ok jasper and that you had a good day out.

please do not let this stop you from going out. Your oh was with your daughter, you got it checked out and she was ok. The more you have your days out, the easier it will get. Hugs to you both,

h.
