Does anyone else experience dull ache in neck and left arm with anxiety? It makes me feel like I have a blood clot and worries me so much

My hand also goes from cold to clammy within minutes of having this? Someone please help I'm only 23 an this is really affecting my life

I get that too it's the tense muscles in your neck.

I get clammy on the face not the arm though.

I'm 25, and it's been ruled out by the doctor that it's not a blood clot, that's one of my anxiety inducing things.

Are you on birth control?

Yes I am on the depo injection? Arm feels okay today am still checking it regularly though! It's just so upsetting I'm experiencing this I'm usually such a happy go lucky person it's changing who I am an that scares me most

It's scary I know, but just get it ruled out by your doc since you are on birth control.

if you are going under stress if could be that too.

ThAnks will try but I'm workin all week can't get the time of to go as I've just started my new job! It's becoming un bearable now had a bad episode last night my poor boyfriend just didn't know what to do with me I ended up just forcing myself to sleep so it would stop now this morning my chest feels so tight an I'm working a 9 hour shift :/ got the tremors and chest pain headache cold shiver! I just need it to stop now!
