Hi Damien. It really is your anxiety that's getting to you. I don't feel too hot today either, I've got a banging headache and I'm worrying why! You did really well going to the family get together, well done for that.

What pain relief are you taking for your shoulder and side? If any?

Also have you got anything relaxing to do? I don't mean gaming!!!! Do you know using the computer/ xbox/play station/iPad/ etc........ Gives a blue light and this doesn't help you get to sleep in fact it wakes you up. I've read that turning it all off about an hour befor you go to bed helps to get you relaxed and raises the melatonin to help you sleep. Also try having no caffeine from about 6pm or not having any caffeine at all! Have a bedtime routine as well like a warm bath then a bit of reading then sleep. Just had another thought the bedroom needs to be as dark as possible so any lights that are on either need hiding or turning off.

There is nothing worse than when you are exhausted and cannot sleep. It seems to magnify the worries 100%.

Take care x

Hi Damien :)

Sorry your having a bad day Hun, did you look into the mindfulness?

It is hard to believe that anxiety can have such a profound effect on us. The trick is to keep in mind that what we feel is down to how we hold our selves and how we breathe. Maybe check that your shoulders are not hunch up. Take some deep breathes and as you exhale relax your self . Do this a few times until you feel calmer.

Try some lavender oil on your pillow at night, not too much, just a little. Hope this helps hunni:) take care xxxx

thank you everybody for the support I appreciate it very much.
